Doug, I feel so unworthy that our beloved Father has given me such a friend as you. I listened to you at the Samaratin dinner last Thurs. You so kindly and generously included my name in the company of Courtney Wilson, Ben Alexander and Bill Bevington.

That so humbled me because I am absolutely convinced that those three followers of Jesus Christ are in a league so far above this very humble servant. That having been said, Thank you, for mentioning my name. As usual, you were too kind.

Doug, once again your insight has been an inspiration to this man. No telling how many others your words are bringing to a unique understanding of our all-loving Father. His love for us undeserving servants is truly incomprehensible is it not? Thank you , and may you as well as all your loved ones have a most blessed Easter.

Doug, ma man ! For someone whom I've always considered as being holy (yes, accept it brother. That's always been my impression of you), to read of your "small minded" excursion is so refreshing and encouraging to me. Why ? Because I too have, from time to time, those same "less than holy" ruminations.

I am now, a little better able to accept myself as the imperfect, broken, and yet noble "son of God" that I know by faith that I am, and that I know you are.
Thank you soooo much Doug Varnado, For being so REAL. For, is being REAL not being TRUE ? And is being TRUE not being Christ-like, He who is TRUTH itself ?

May God bless you my brother. You are continually a blessing to me.
